Backpackneymoon video number 29 – Kata Tjuta sunset timelapse

By October 15, 2012 Australia

One of the biggest icons in Australia is Uluru (Ayers Rock), but not as many people know that just 50km from Uluru is the fascinating Kata Tjuta. Kata Tjuta, formerly known as the Olgas, is a stunning rock formation that is even bigger than Uluru. There are series of 500m tall rocks with massive canyons and walking around this place is a great experience. Definitely a must-do when in the red centre and if you have your own car or campervan, it’s easy to visit for sun set. This is our sunset timelapse.

We got a great deal on our campervan, so check out this site to see if you can get one too!
