One of the things we wanted to do on our backpackneymoon was to head away from the cities and the coast to more remote areas of Australia. The two national parks featured in this video are absolutely incredible places and it is possible to camp at both of them incredibly cheaply. Mt Kaputar was our favourite and it was totally deserted… Hardly another soul to be seen, but the facilities on offer there were great — hot showers, gas bbqs and flush toilets! Luxury!
